Penguins place Arcobello on waivers

The Penguins placed left winger Mark Arcobello on waivers. If he clears by noon Wednesday, the Penguins have the option of assigning him to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League.

Claimed off waivers Jan. 14 from the Predators, Arcobello has appeared in 10 games with the Penguins and has two assists. He has primarily played on the second and third lines since joining the team.
