Minor league report - Megna's hat trick leads Penguins past Admirals, 5-4

Center Jayson Megna had a hat trick for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (43-24-3-4) in a 5-4 home win against the Norfolk Admirals Saturday.

Left winger Conor Sheary recorded two assists for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton while goaltender Jeff Zatkoff made 31 saves.

The Penguins will play their regular season finale Sunday on the road against the rival Lehigh Valley Phantoms, 5:05 p.m.

Goaltender Franky Palazzese made 26 saves for the Wheeling Nailers in a 2-1 overtime road loss to the Toledo Walleye in Game 2 of their North Division semifinal series Saturday. The series is tied, 1-1.
