It was Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s third consecutive shutout. It is the first time that feat has been achieved in team history.

Center Jean-Sebastien Dea, right winger Bryan Rust and defenseman Clark Seymour each had a goal for the Penguins.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s next game is at home Friday against the Toronto Marlies, 7:05 p.m.
